Three warehouses, coast to coast.
Good to know
Questions we hear from contractors.
Who do you work with?
General contractors and developers on new construction: multifamily, student housing, assisted living, workforce housing and hospitality. Our team also coordinates directly with property owners and their design teams during pre-construction planning.
What do you need for a takeoff?
Your plans and the lighting schedule. We return competitive pricing, value engineering alternatives, and a proposal crossover so the package is easy to compare.
Can you deliver per floor or per building?
Yes. Fixtures arrive in-house several weeks before they are needed, are packed and labeled to your project’s requirements, and are delivered on a project, per floor, or per building basis to match the construction schedule.
Where do you ship from?
Three warehouses: Norcross, Georgia (head office), Groveland, Florida, and Ontario, California.
How do I get the catalog?
